Hello, Again!

As the warmer months approach, many of you might be considering a significant change, whether it's buying a new home, upgrading your current space, or downsizing. With endless possibilities and choices for representation, I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself and share why I should be your first choice for real estate needs.

With over 21 years of experience  as a top producing real estate agent here in San Diego, I've built my business from the ground up through sheer determination and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to all my cherished clients.

In 2003, my husband and I moved our family to Talmadge from Northern California. We were captivated by the charm of Kensington and Talmadge, eventually choosing Talmadge for its value and space for our growing family. My office space has been based in Kensington for the past 12+ years, and so I proudly call myself a Ken-Tal community member.

My passion for these communities is evident in my active involvement and leadership in various neighborhood events. I believe in the power of community and strive to enhance the living experience in both Kensington and Talmadge.

When working with buyers, my goal is to find their perfect home and to educate them along the way. The inspections can be overwhelming. I strive to put findings in perspective, help to cultivate a “priority list” and to discern what they may want to ask the seller to help with. I never pressure my clients into anything; instead, I diligently explore all options until we discover the right path for them. For sellers, I place a strong emphasis on showcasing their homes to perfection, whether through minor tweaks or significant transformations. The results often lead to quick sales above the asking price.

Some fun facts about me: I am fluent in French (I was an au-pair in the Southwest of France when I was 19 years old), I love red wine (I grew up in Sonoma County, and then lived in the Bordeaux region for a year, so…), I am passionate about reducing waste and single-use plastics in all facets of my life (it’s not that hard if you just give it a try), I have two grown children and have been married for 30 years (to a cute French guy I met when I was 19, spending a year in France), and I LOVE helping people make smart decisions about real estate, design in real estate, and real estate investments.
